Post 8: A subject

Hi guys! I'm so tired, and you? This semester was very demanding for me because I had seven subjects (it was a voluntary decision) and only three of this subjects were interesting. The other four were so bored and I didn't pay much attention and effort to them. Sometimes, I was very tired and all subjects seemed to me a little annoying. I'm not a lazy man, I like to study different matters and learn about interesting things... at least I try to think it about myself, but I know that the decision to do many subjects was not the best :|

Well, it was not all bad during this semester. I had a really good subject, called "Principles of Social Ecology". It was an elective course and I didn't have so many classes but I really enjoyed it, because the main idea of this subject was the human-environment relationship with an anarchist (or at least an anti-establishment) approach. In classes, people spoke about domination between humans and also between human and nature, you know, humanity has not been the most condescending with environment. The principal thesis was that "in capitalism, man dominates nature and in the same way (under the same logic) dominate other humans", it produces abnormal relationships and over-exploitation of natural resources. I'm not anarchist, but I think that it's very interesting, I agree with this... I believe it . See you! :)

    1. Ecosystem Services and Social Ecology are multidisciplinary, but the point of view is different
